I did and I called and the guy on the other end was like, "I can't find this reservation or the other one, please call back tomorrow when the actual guy is in"
Oh, that's frustrating. Well, let me know if you have any more problems and I'll do whatever I can to help straighten it out. The only thing I can think of that might have gone wrong on my end is if maybe I transposed the reservation number or something like that. Or maybe they assigned it a new reservation number when I changed the name. But they didn't give me a new number, so IDK. But again, I'll be happy to help straighten it out, if necessary.
