So a couple of folks on [livejournal.com profile] gaeta_squee  and my flist were bummed they couldn't see the BSG webisodes that started today because they live in Canada or Europe, and my brain kind of went crazy and so now you have this:

INT. CIC

Gaeta, Tigh, with Hoshi and other CIC staff in the background.

Gaeta: …Uh, a couple of hours, I think.

Tigh: That’s not enough.

Gaeta: I naturally don’t need a lot of sleep, Sir

Tigh: I can’t have you in the CIC like this. You’re on the verge of seeing ghosts on the DRADIS screen.

Gaeta: I’m fine sir, I swear.

Tigh: It’s a gift son, it’s not a punishment. Go over the Zephyr. Get drunk. Sleep for a week. Recover. (pause) The shuttle leaves twice a day. Better hurry.

INT. GALACTICA HALLWAY

Gaeta struggling with crutches towards hangar bay. Hoshi approaches from off camera, around a corner behind Gaeta.

Hoshi: Felix…

Gaeta: (turns around in surprise, speaks softly) Hi.

Hoshi: (hands Felix a packet of morpha) I owe Ishay a big favor.

Gaeta: (looks at the packet. Sees from the label that it’s morpha)

Hoshi: Morpha’s a tough get.

Gaeta: (opens the packet slightly and see three vials of morpha inside, is clearly gratified) Thank you. (then more vehemently grateful). Thank you. If I didn’t…

Hoshi: (interrupts) Go. Feel better. I’ll be waiting. I gotta get back to the CIC (places hand on Gaeta’s neck affectionately and Gaeta leans in and gives him a quick, shy kiss. Hoshi rushes back off to the CIC and Gaeta watches him go before turning back to the hangar deck hatch and opening it.)

INT. HANGAR DECK

We see a number of random people with luggage, presumably lining up for boarding. Gaeta struggles across the hangar deck with his ill-fitting prosthetic leg and a crutch. Stops next to Brooks, in a hangar deck crew uniform.

Gaeta: Oh hey Brooks. What, you going to the ‘Z’ too?

Brooks: Yeah, but no fun for me. Maintenance detail.

Gaeta: (sympathetically) Ah, well

(Gaeta turns, distracted by something across the hangar deck. Brooks turns and sees what he’s looking at - two unspecified Eights walking across the hangar deck towards them – one dressed in a Cylon pilot’s uniform and one dressed in fashionable casual wear.)

Brooks: (sarcastically) Oh great, skinjobs.

Gaeta continues to look back at the Eights after Brooks has turned back towards the Raptor. When he turns his attention back, his expression looks negative.

Brooks: What?

(Gaeta doesn’t reply. They all stand near each other briefly, waiting for the Raptor to accept passengers. The casual Eight seems to be fixating on Gaeta, who ignores her and begins to move forward to board the Raptor and trips slightly, almost falling off his crutches. The Eight dressed in fashionable casual wear jumps immediately to catch Gaeta and help him. Gaeta flashes her an ambiguous look that seems negative or dismayed and then continues to board the Raptor. The Eight makes sure he navigates the steps successfully before boarding the Raptor herself.)

INT. Raptor.

(Shark, a Raptor pilot, along with an unknown female ECO sit at the front of the craft. In the back, along with Gaeta and the two Eights, there are a few other anonymous passengers. They all look cramped and uncomfortable. The pilot!Eight settles in and closes her eyes, as if to take a nap. The casual!Eight continues to stare strangely at Gaeta frequently. Gaeta seems to be either oblivious to her or deliberately ignoring her.)

Shark: Welcome aboard the Zephyr shuttle, Ladies and Gents. We’ll be arriving at our destination in 15 minutes.

ECO: There’s no in-flight service today, so please refrain from drinking unless you’re willing to share with your flight crew.

(Cut to view of the Raptor in space, flying in amongst the other ships of the Fleet.)

Shark (over intercom): Zephyr approach, Raptor 718 inbound at our marker.

Zephyr Communications: Raptor 718, Zephyr approach.  DRADIS contact 1600. Turn heading 427, karam 225. Halt at inner marker for sequencing.

Shark: Copy all, 427 karam 225, halt at the inner marker. ETA 15 minutes

Hoshi (on Galactica, broadcasting to Fleet): Galactica. Inbound Cylon hostiles. All ships, emergency jump. I say again, emergency jump.

Shark (inside Raptor): Prepare to jump

Brooks: Can’t we just get to Zephyr? It’s right there.

ECO: Calculations complete. Jumping in 3, 2, 1.

Shark: Jump

(The entire Fleet jumps away, including the Raptor. The Raptor than jumps into a new part of space, but there is no contact on DRADIS, and no visual of any other ships.)

Gaeta (gets up with discomfort and moves towards the front of the Raptor): Where’s the Fleet?

Hope someone finds this useful.

Gaeta: I naturally don’t need a lot of sleep, Sir

Cylon! Cylon!

Go over the Zephyr. Get drunk. Sleep for a week. Recover

Get drunk and take morpha? Yes, that probably would put Felix in a coma.

And recover? Oh dear lord...

(places hand on Gaeta’s neck affectionately and Gaeta leans in and gives him a quick, shy kiss

Awww. Cute description.

Hey! I know you must have seen the webisodes finally in better form, before you saw this. Thanks for reading it anyway!

Hee! Cylon! They're playing with us!

Get drunk and take morpha? Yes, that probably would put Felix in a coma.
Tigh thinks getting drunk cures everything. He's Tigh. And yeah, stupid Tigh. A week will cure Felix? Yep. Cause *that* makes sense.

Glad you liked!

Thank you very much! Your transcription was useful to us, we were able to understand the webisode!

Oh, thanks very much! I find this very useful.

Say, would it be possible to publish it somewhere else, too (giving proper credit, of course)?

I'm glad you found this useful. I'd be happy to know that it was being viewed elsewhere, so sure, you can publish it elsewhere if you like with credit. Could you please come back and post a link to where you publish it? I'd love to see.

Also, feel free to simply link to my journal if that's any easier. It's a public post.

True. So I linked to your post here (http://caprica-city.de/forum/index.php?s=&showtopic=4323&view=findpost&p=137125) in the webisodes thread on Caprica City (http://caprica-city.de/), the German BSG website.

Say, will you provide transcripts for the other chapters as well?

neat!

Hey, thanks for the info. It was neat to see myself referenced in German, even though I couldn't really understand much of what it said. :)

Say, will you provide transcripts for the other chapters as well?

Well, since it seems like there will be an audience for it, I guess I will.

Btw, if you have any interest, I also happen to write reviews for the BSG episodes on this site (http://13thcolony.wordpress.com/), and I'm writing reviews for the webisodes too.

Hi there.

Just wanted to let you know that I was busy today, so my husband trasncribed Webisode 2 for me today and published it in his journal. You can find the post here (http://wyrdwritere.livejournal.com/7180.html)

I'll most likely be doing Webisode 3.

Oh, you're welcome! I hadn't expected this use of my slightly compulsive decision to transcribe the webisode, but I'm very glad it's finding some usefulness out in the world.

Do you mind if I ask where you are from? *is now all curious*
