Well, you have reminded me of the episode in which Ellen got introduced, "Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down." I remember that at the end, Head!Six asked Baltar what the results of Ellen's tests *actually* were, after he admitted that everyone was going to get a pass. He said, "I'll never tell."
I mean, one would think based on the way he reacted to Boomer's positive result that he would have been freaked out if Ellen had tested positive and we'd be able to tell. But the fact is that Ellen's Cylonicity remains a potentially open question.
I don't know how the hell it fits into BSG's history either, but yeah, it's the last season, and at this point, well, my show? It so craaaazy, I don't put anything past it anymore.
